INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZODA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,
